Estimate your graft numbers in 3D

Our Interactive 3D hair transplant graft calculator lets you move a front hairline slider and a crown slider until a 3D head matches your own hair, then shows an estimated number of grafts and the price. The estimate moves in steps of 500 grafts, and the surgeon confirms the real figure when they assess your scalp.

Our Results Speak For Themselves¹

What is included in the price

The price covers the whole procedure: a free consultation with the surgeon, the FUE procedure itself under local anaesthetic, the medication you take home, an aftercare kit, and in-person follow-up appointments as the new hair grows. There is no consultation fee and nothing is added on the day.

How the price compares

Across UK clinics, a Norwood 4 transplant typically costs between £6,000 and £14,000: a procedure of 3,000 grafts is widely quoted at about £6,500 to £8,000, 3,500 grafts at about £7,500 to £10,000, and 4,000 grafts at about £9,500 to £11,000, so our prices sit well below. Prices abroad can be lower, and our UK vs Turkey cost comparison sets out the aspects to consider when booking surgery abroad.

One procedure or two: what changes the price

Up to 3,500 grafts is one procedure, priced from £4,499 to £4,899. Where about 4,000 grafts are needed, the work is planned as two procedures at least six months apart, usually the front first and the crown second, and £7,398 covers both. Some people choose to restore the front now and decide on the crown later, once its loss has settled; in that case you pay for the first procedure only at this stage. The free consultation sets out which applies to you before you spend anything.

How you pay

A 50% Booking Fee secures your surgery date, and the balance is paid on the day of surgery. The price is agreed in writing before you book, so the figure you are quoted is the figure you pay.
